We had marinated tilapia (GF suggested we marinate in Italian dressing) with rice and steamed broccoli, Gabe got the carrots. I simmered and reduced some Italian dressing that wasn't used for the marinade for the sauce. No added salt in anything, very healthy meal for everyone! :D

For the last two days someone in my apartment block has left something on that plays that. I can hear it whenever I crack a window and it's driving me nuts. Because it's so high pitched I can't track it's source and I can even hear it over the traffic not to mention at night.

I can't understand how it can be heard. Not even at christmas can sound pass so lightly on the outside.
